A KENTISH Town teenager has come through a highly competitive audition process to be picked for a starring role with English Youth Ballet.
Molly Frederikse, 17, pictured, was chosen from 200 hopefuls to appear in a full-length performance of Swan Lake.
She is now being tipped as one of the country’s brightest young ballet stars and has gone straight to an intensive programme of rehearsals.
The EYB’s Ben Garner described the new recruits as “the best up and coming young talent”.
Swan Lake is being performed at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford in March.
