GREEK restaurant the Carob Tree, in Highgate Road, Parliament Hill Fields, could have an extra storey added if plans are rubber-stamped by the Town Hall planning committee tonight (Thursday).

The owners want to turn rooms above into flats and add a rooftop extension to the former Duke of St Albans pub.

Neighbours say it will be too bulky and infringe their privacy.
