Photographs of dolls belonging to Primrose Hill’s oldest Punch and Judy puppeteer will be on display in a new exhibition hosted in his old house.
Local artist Sally Kindberg was inspired to create photos, postcards and prints after meeting Leslie Press, 82, who comes from a long line of Punch and Judy performers.

An afternoon tea with homemade cakes will open the show on Sunday (September 9) from 3.30pm at Lisa Hauck’s Salon, in Gloucester Avenue, Primrose Hill, where Mr Press used to live. The exhibition runs until October 12. For more information visit www.lisahauck. com or call 020 7722 1043.
