THE James Wigg Practice in Kentish Town is leading the doctors’ rebellion against Andrew Lansley’s NHS reform Bill.
Practice partner Dr Marek Koperski had helped to organise a letter signed by 365 GPs calling for the Bill to be scrapped.
The letter, published in the Daily Telegraph, with his name among the first four, said: “The Bill will result in hundreds of different organisations pulling against each other, leading to fragmentation, chaos and damage to the quality and availability of patient care.”
The letter made headlines this week and helped galvanise opposition to the Bill.
